Quality Control

 

All products manufactured by GvA Leistungselektronik GmbH are subject to a 100% quality inspection. The scope of inspection is fine-tuned with the customer and results for each device are available as test reports or records.

Inspections which cannot be done in-house, are either conducted at the customer’s site or sub-contracted to appropriate institutes.


For more than 90% of our customers which order our design services, GvA also manufactures the equipment.


Longstanding, qualified partners for sheet and metal working, printed-circuit board manufacture, component placement and cable assembly contribute to the high quality standard proven by the several ten thousand devices tried and tested in tough day-to-day operation.

All our divisions are certified according to DIN ISO 9001 – 2008, and are subject to internal and external auditing on a regular basis.
