CT-Concept’s product portfolio comprises trigger modules for IGBT modules and DC converters. CT-Concept develops and produces IGBT trigger modules especially for high-performance modules of 400A and higher.

All trigger modules use a bipolar output voltage for the IGBT. They provide high gate currents to be able to switch even big modules quickly and safely, too.
